Define and evolve a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Bonterra’s mission and business objectives.
Own and be accountable for product outcomes, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research to run continuous discovery, including customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to define solutions, scope work, and deliver iteratively.
Define and monitor key product metrics; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iteration.
Lead product launches in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strong positioning and enablement.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in B2B or platform environments.
Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Strong discovery skills, including customer research, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven development.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design partners.
Comfort using data to make decisions, define success metrics, and evaluate trade-offs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience with modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Looker, or similar).
