The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, shape product strategy, and manage the product lifecycle in collaboration with various teams to enhance customer value and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the complete product experience end-to-end
- Build and evolve the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and emerging technology
- Uncover unarticulated customer needs through deep engagement and insight development
- Drive customer success by translating what's possible into what's valuable
- Define product specs, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria—independently or in partnership with engineering
- Collaborate with development and leadership to plan, drive, and execute product release cycles
- Partner with Support, Professional Services, and Sales to understand customer issues and drive business outcomes
- Work with marketing to create customer-driven messaging and content
Requirements:
- Experience in product management with a focus on shaping product strategy
- Ability to own the product roadmap and build out the product management function
- Experience spanning the entire product lifecycle—from customer discovery to launch
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and professional services teams
