Role Overview
- Support and advise an existing regional customer base, as well as acquire new customers in the passenger car sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments/visits
- Active selling of the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Carry out market monitoring and competitor analyses
- Support sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in the WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and customer focus, always with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Good written and spoken German
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (or former class 3)
