Role Overview
- lead and develop a team of sales representatives
- provide ongoing coaching through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and skill development
- establish clear accountability around activity and pipeline health
- inspect pipeline and funnel metrics to identify patterns
- help reps navigate pricing, deal structure, and customer communication
- refine and operationalize sales playbooks to improve consistency
- partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- experience in a closing sales role
- strong foundational sales skills
- demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
- comfortable holding peers and direct reports accountable
- highly organized and value structure, rhythm, and follow-through
- motivated by building durable systems, strong teams, and long-term impact
- clear, practical communicator
