Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining the internal quality management system
Ensuring professional and auditable nursing documentation in accordance with the Structural Model (SIS)
Implementing, applying and continuously optimizing documentation processes in Medifox
Training, instructing and providing professional guidance to staff on Medifox and the SIS
Planning and conducting internal training sessions
Preparing for, supporting and following up on internal and external quality audits
Creating, revising and maintaining standards, procedural instructions and forms
Close collaboration with nursing management and facility management on quality-related issues
Advising leadership on quality assurance and documentation practices

Completed qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
Completed further training as a Quality Officer in nursing (m/f/d) or a relevant university degree (e.g., Nursing Management or Nursing Sciences) is desirable
At least two years of professional experience in nursing
Prior experience in outpatient intensive care
Strong experience with Medifox
Confident knowledge of the SIS and the Structural Model
