Telephone and written appointment coordination with patients for outpatient examinations and inpatient admissions
Professional handling of a high volume of telephone contacts
Administrative coordination tasks within the department
Organization of daily office operations (including file management, archiving)
Handling all correspondence
Central point of contact for patients and referring physicians (e.g., requesting medical reports)
After a structured onboarding, you will take over the planning and organization of a defined area of responsibility

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r) or a commercial qualification with a medical background
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner with callers and internal and external contacts
Confident and routine use of all MS Office applications
Experience with hospital information systems is an advantage
Enjoy working independently and in a structured way
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Team player, reliable and committed
Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills and a respectful, patient-focused communication style
