3+ years of experience in a client/customer service-based environment or in a previous Account Manager role
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
Ability to travel up to 25%
Knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) industry helpful but not required
Experience working with multiple intranet and extranet systems, CRMs, or adjudication platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Peoplesafe, AS400 system knowledge, etc.)
