About this role
Role Overview
Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s suite of product experiences
Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideation through to launch
Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
At least 5 years experience working with SQL
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
