Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to acquire new leads in the global Rent-a-Car, Leasing and Automotive Subscription industries
Contact, qualify and convert leads into concrete business opportunities through a structured, results-oriented outbound sales approach
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates and meeting or exceeding annual targets
Identify stakeholders and the differentiated value propositions (USPs) for each opportunity and define a plan to close the deal
Identify all decision-makers involved in each potential client's buying process, engage with the relevant contacts, and understand which aspects of our solution are most relevant and competitive
Ability to create a structured sales plan to drive opportunities from initial contact to contract signing
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies
Work closely and collaboratively with the tech team to report market specifics and propose product enhancements.
Requirements
More than 3 years of professional experience in outbound sales
Autonomous profile with a strong sense of responsibility in simultaneously managing multiple business opportunities
Willingness to learn the business from the ground up and proactivity in suggesting and presenting new ideas
Strong interpersonal profile, with an interest in collaborating on international projects across different teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spanish or French will be considered a plus)
Previous experience required in SaaS, technology, software, the Rent-a-Car industry or mobility
