Requirements
Hands-on mentality: You are a leader who gets involved. Handling tickets, resolving technical issues and being present in day-to-day operations comes naturally to you.
Service orientation: You see IT as an internal service and are genuinely motivated to make the work of other departments easier and better.
Process thinking: You spot inefficiencies, develop structured solutions and implement them sustainably.
Leadership experience: You have successfully led IT teams and know how to develop, motivate and keep people together.
Technical depth: You bring a solid understanding of modern IT infrastructures and can discuss technical matters with your team on equal terms.
Strong communication: You convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and build trust quickly.
Governance understanding: You are familiar with regulatory requirements and have experience implementing compliance measures and internal controls.
Languages: Excellent German skills (min. C1) and very good English complete your profile.
