About this role
Role Overview
Take responsibility for key customer interactions and expansion processes to build trust and drive net revenue retention.
Co-develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for our DACH operations to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing Customer Success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing engagement with customers to maximize their success and ROI with our solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
Monitor key customer success metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
Requirements
Proven track record in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm in the industrial sector or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in a Customer Success role within the B2B SaaS environment.
Experience managing teams of individual contributors.
Experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Basic manufacturing and/or pricing experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English; additional languages (e.g. Italian, Swedish) are a plus.
