Customer business process and initial documentation analysis.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos.
Prioritize features, work on the roadmap.
Manage change requests.
Support the development team in the clarification of requirements.
Perform acceptance testing and validation, and request data patches if necessary.
Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema, configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes.
Help the PO with the split of EPICs/features into user stories.
Help the PO in keeping the backlog up to date and prioritizing.
Lead/animate refinement sessions.
Produce/maintain the documentation in Azure DevOps or similar tool.
Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
Requirements
4+ years of BA activities with a proven track record.
Understanding of the technique of the project (APIs, microservices, headless approach).
SEO, analytics, and accessibility skills.
Practical experience in applying key BA techniques.
Experience in Customer-facing communication.
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Strong desire to learn more about business every day.
