Develop and execute the data, analytics, and AI strategy for Internal Audit and cross-functional stakeholders
Lead creation of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, analytics models, automation, and data pipelines
Design and implement AI/LLM-based tools (e.g., generative AI copilots, NLP models) to enhance audit quality and efficiency
Partner with Technology and Audit leaders to align data strategy with risk and business priorities
Ensure adherence to McKesson data governance, privacy, and AI standards
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Deliver executive-level presentations and insights to senior leaders
Automate and standardize key analytics workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, AI/ML, or business intelligence roles
4+ years of management experience leading analytics or technical teams
Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and influence leaders across the enterprise
Expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, Azure data tools, and AI/LLM solution development
Ability to translate technical concepts into business recommendations
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptability to shifting priorities and managing multiple complex initiatives.
