Deliver actionable insights through statistical modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis.
Build and deploy predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to support proactive decision-making.
Enforce data cleansing, validation, and PII anonymization standards.
Develop and implement AI solutions for automation, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with Product Support, IT, and BI teams to align solutions with operational goals.
Present complex findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Power BI development, data engineering, business intelligence, or machine learning.
Proficient in DAX, Power Query, Python, and data modeling best practices.
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, SQL scripting).
Strong understanding of support operations and performance metrics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
