Ensure that project documents adhere to contractual requirements, applicable codes, and regulatory standards
Work closely with project teams addressing quality challenges through project reviews, mentoring, and training
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program
Review and document compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
Perform duties as outlined in applicable professionally licensed discipline position description
Maintain, update and enforce the company’s QA/QC plan across all projects
Review project documents and specifications for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
Participate in design reviews at designated milestones
Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the origins of design defects and construction Requests For Information (RFI) and recommend corrective or preventive actions
Coordinate efforts of design teams, project managers, and subconsultants to resolve quality issues early in the project lifecycle
Communicate quality requirements to internal teams and external partners

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering required
12+ years’ experience in degreed discipline with a role involving QA/QC oversight
On site construction experience working with design team and Contractors
Building science or Building Envelope detailing experience preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance is required
Experience with facilities for clients in the Federal Government sector is highly desirable.
