Designing and executing sophisticated experiments to optimise revenue management levers.
Collaborating with other commercial teams to identify and influence broader trading opportunities, such as merchandising.
Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to architect and build best-in-class, configurable pricing and packaging systems.
Communicating performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience developing and implementing revenue management strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and presenting complex analysis to support recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams.
A structured approach to work with exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
A team player with a positive can-do attitude, happy to get involved.
Knowledge of travel industry offerings, pricing approaches, and commercial strategies (Desirable).
Proficiency with analytical tools including: Data visualisation (Looker), SQL (our stack is based around BigQuery), Coding (Python, Github), Knowledge of statistics and experiment design (Desirable).
