- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to Executive leadership
- Partner directly with senior leaders to provide coaching, consulting, and perspective on talent decisions
- Collaborate with SVP and Global Chief Architect on human capital strategies
- Lead executive-level talent searches and drive talent development strategies
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within HRBP team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and/or CHRP/CHRL designation
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives in technology focused environments
- Deep understanding of the intersection of technology, business strategy, and human capital management
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
