You guide our customers from onboarding through long-term use and ensure they love our software.
You understand the individual goals of our customers and help them achieve those goals with our solution.
You analyze usage data and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
You build outstanding product knowledge and ensure our customers are successfully represented across all sales platforms.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share best practices and assist in prioritizing new features.
You build genuine relationships — with the goal of satisfied customers who renew and recommend us.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a comparable role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You have a technical background (ideally a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science).
Strong communication and consulting skills — in German and English.
Excellent technical understanding and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good understanding of data structures — XML and JSON are familiar to you.
Empathy, initiative, and a strong sense of customer needs.
Structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
Experience with Kursnet and mein NOW is a plus.
