About this role
Role Overview
Build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences inside
Apollo.io
Source targeted leads across multiple buyer types
Maintain a high volume of structured outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn
Track engagement metrics and adjust sequences to improve deliverability and conversions
Identify prospects' needs, pain points, and qualification markers
Engage warm prospects based on signals (opens, clicks, repeat views, etc.)
Confidently jump on calls when a prospect shows intent
Qualify leads using established criteria
Book meetings and hand off warm, vetted prospects to the sales manager
Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, targeting lists, and outreach strategy
Provide suggestions for better messaging, sequencing, and domain rotation
Share insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where there are opportunities to improve
Stay aligned with the sales team on funnel metrics and weekly priorities
Requirements
3 to 5+ years of outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience
Proven experience using
Apollo.io
for sourcing, sequencing, and engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable calling prospects and following up based on engagement signals
Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver measurable results
Experience in B2B services or facilities management is a plus but not required
Experience handing off opportunities to a sales manager (nice to have)
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
