About this role
Role Overview
Active Sourcing (40%)
Fill the candidate pipeline for assignments with many strong prospects.
Conduct candidate research using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Manage pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM.
Perform initial outreach and follow-ups with candidates.
Report and communicate findings to candidate management and project management.
Candidate Management (40%)
Ensure candidates in our processes and talent pool feel well taken care of and develop a positive impression of the placement process and A-LEVEL.
Communicate with candidates who are actively progressing through the application process.
Capture and process candidates’ wishes and needs.
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate candidate interviews.
Initiate, draft, and finalize job offers and contracts with candidates, and provide support for our clients in this process.
Serve as the communication interface between companies and candidates.
Refer candidates to the Sales team when they drop out of the process but are suitable for other roles.
Project Management (20%)
Support the founder and the recruiting team on business development topics.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a working student — you are familiar with company workflows and bring initial practical experience.
Strong communication skills & enthusiasm — you enjoy interacting with candidates and can get them excited about new opportunities.
High empathy & people skills — you understand what motivates talent and can put yourself in others’ shoes.
Structured & independent working style — you organize yourself efficiently and find pragmatic solutions.
Result-oriented & persistent — you follow through and remain calm under pressure.
Open & outgoing — you enjoy working with people and build relationships quickly.
