You own the full B2B sales cycle in the BeNeLux region: discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and closing
You build a sustainable pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and creative outbound activities (e.g., email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars)
You qualify and advance opportunities using structured discovery, clear success criteria, and momentum toward decisions
You work data-driven in HubSpot, keeping your pipeline accurate, maintaining clean records, and producing reliable forecasts based on real customer data and prioritization
You analyze and demonstrate how amber’s AI platform delivers measurable efficiency gains and better decision-making for potential customers, solving their real-world problems
You navigate multi-stakeholder buying centers (e.g., IT, Security, Operations) and show how amberSearch, amberAI, and amberAgents simplify their work
You collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to bring market insights from the region and drive long-term relationships and expansion across BeNeLux
Requirements
Proven experience selling complex, consultative software solutions and a solid understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics
Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored digital solutions clearly and persuasively
Experience negotiating contracts with SMB and mid-market accounts and confidently driving deals to close
Familiarity with lead qualification, discovery calls, and end-to-end business development processes in SaaS sales
Reliable communication with multiple stakeholders: fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus
Comfortable working with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and applying a data-driven, scalable approach
Comfortable starting independently in the BeNeLux region, running outbound, closing full-cycle deals, and representing the company at trade fairs and webinars
