Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform operational decision-making
Collaborate with AGN leadership, translating business questions into structured analysis
Identify performance drivers and deliver recommendations that influence the business
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and define analytical needs
Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements
Clearly communicate & deliver analysis to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
Build and maintain Excel-based analytical files for decision-making

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field (or equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and analytical problem-solving
Foundational experience writing or using SQL queries to extract and validate data
Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong business judgment
1-3 years of internship and/or professional experience in business analysis or a related field (added fuel if you have)
Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL (added fuel if you have)
Experience in data visualization, preferably in Tableau, Qlik or Power BI (added fuel if you have)
