Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities
Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira
Coordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and quality
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements
Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues
Requirements
7–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Experience working in Agile environments
