Role Overview
- Comprehensive advisory services for our clients on Microsoft 365
- Planning, implementation and optimization of M365 solutions
- Support for migration and rollout projects
- Development of governance, permissions and operational concepts
- Technical design, documentation and effort estimations (including for tenders)
- Conducting workshops and training sessions
- Operational support
Requirements
- Professional experience, degree or vocational training in IT
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, especially collaboration (Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive and Exchange Online) as well as M365 Security & Compliance (e.g., Entra/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Purview)
- Experience in M365 migration or rollout projects
- Experience with Intune / endpoint management
- Administration experience
- Structured and independent working style
- Good communication skills and a quick grasp
- German fluent (spoken and written, C2) / English at least B2
