Support the planning and execution of global data center expansion initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional activities across construction, operations, procurement, and finance
Ensure alignment between expansion projects and long-term business strategy
Lead or support structuring of site acquisitions and leases, colocation and partnership agreements, service and infrastructure contracts
Assess legal, financial, and operational risks associated with expansion projects
Ensure agreements are aligned with company governance and risk appetite
Support major negotiations with landlords, developers, colocation providers, partners, utilities, and infrastructure providers
Coordinate with legal counsel on contract drafting and review
Track contractual obligations and key milestones
Support evaluation of large-scale infrastructure investments
Prepare business cases, financial models, and executive summaries
Track expansion-related CapEx commitments and approvals
Support compliance with local regulations, permits, and licensing requirements
Coordinate with legal and regulatory advisors across jurisdictions
Maintain governance documentation and audit readiness
Ensure smooth transition from construction and expansion to operations
Track contractual deliverables and operational readiness milestones
Support post-launch performance and partnership governance
Requirements
Degree in Law, Business Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
Master’s degree (LL.M., MBA, or Finance) is highly preferred
6–10+ years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, legal, finance, or commercial roles
Experience working on large-scale projects, investments, or international expansions
Exposure to data centers, telecom, infrastructure, or real estate sectors preferred
Strong understanding of: Commercial contracts and negotiations, Financial modeling and business case development, Risk assessment and governance processes
Ability to interpret legal and financial implications of complex agreements
