About this role
Role Overview
Shaping the sales structure as the second full-time sales hire.
Varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation to developing optimal solutions for customers.
Managing inbound leads and MQLs, with occasional cold calling.
Conducting full end-to-end sales pitches.
Attending medical conferences and trade shows.
Identifying and opening new lead channels and continuously optimizing existing channels.
Requirements
Enjoys making calls and has a talent for engaging and persuading people.
Confident handling stressful situations and working in a goal-oriented way.
Ideally has experience working with sales targets in prior roles.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent German (C2).
Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare and sales.
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot.
