Oversee and/or support core HR processes and cross-functional project initiatives
Conduct due diligence, evaluate, and implement new tools, projects, and processes (e.g., payroll improvements, global HR systems landscape, multi-regional Compensation & Benefits initiatives, etc.)
Organize and lead HR-related activities for the opening of new and recently established regions (including creating blueprints, stakeholder management, employment models, contractual matters, benefits, insurance, pensions, and benchmarking)
Organize and oversee key annual HR cycles (e.g., performance review, salary increase, and promotion cycles)
Champion automation and AI adoption within the HR team
Lead other special HR projects as required
Support HR teammates by providing expertise and hands-on assistance for ongoing operational matters and ad hoc needs during peak periods
Requirements
7+ years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering end-to-end, large-scale projects
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification (including analytical/strategic coursework); certification in project or process management is a plus
Experience working in a multi-company environment, collaborating across regions and navigating periods of significant growth and expansion
Broad knowledge of HR processes and cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topics
Strong expertise in project and stakeholder management, and process optimization
Strong interest in and commitment to implementing AI and automation within existing processes
Excellent analytical skills, a structured working style, and strong communication abilities
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across departments and locations
Language skills: English (C1) and German (B1 or above)
