Ensure structure, transparency, and operational discipline across the commercial organization.
Own the CRM as the single source of truth, maintain a reliable deal pipeline, and ensure that transactions are properly documented and execution-ready.
Coordinate the operational processes that allow deals to move smoothly from opportunity to completion by working closely with Sales, Finance, and external partners.
Bring clarity, structure, and accountability to commercial workflows to enable efficient sales operations.
Requirements
3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (or related commercial ops roles) in a B2B environment; exposure to automotive/energy/cleantech is a plus.
Strong CRM & operations skillset (HubSpot preferred): data quality/hygiene, pipeline discipline, and scalable process design.
Experience supporting transaction execution processes, ideally including logistics coordination in a B2B environment.
Fluent in English and German, with confident cross-functional communication across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Hands-on, highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset—and confident in enforcing process discipline and holding stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards.
Interest or experience in sustainability topics (e.g., LCA, CO₂, Battery Passport) is a plus, along with the confidence to enforce process discipline and hold stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards.
