Achieve the Engineering Plastics business unit’s target on both sales performance and profit according to the target agreement
Support business development and customer management by initiating contacts with existing and new potential customers
Provide input for account plan, pricing strategy and market intelligence
Conduct and develop the EP business according to the regional strategy and objectives
Represent the plastic team as account manager and collaborate with key account manager for business development
Implement the sales and marketing directions according to the agreed directions
Monitor and review marketing/promotion campaign’s execution
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
At least 3-5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in engineering plastics, sales, market or application development, or the automotive industry
Extensive knowledge of engineering plastics, including technical expertise and relevant applications
Experience in tooling, plastics compounding, and application development is highly advantageous
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, along with computer literacy.
