Serve as a senior subject matter expert in insurance contract review and risk transfer analysis across diverse industries.
Perform detailed review of indemnification, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory, limitation of liability, and other key risk allocation provisions.
Analyze insurance requirements within commercial agreements and assess alignment with clients’ general liability and other insurance programs.
Provide strategic recommendations to risk management clients to strengthen contractual protections and minimize uninsured exposure.
Interpret complex general liability and umbrella/excess policy language to evaluate contractual risk implications.
Partner with internal consultants, producers, and client service teams to support large and complex client engagements.
Develop and maintain coverage comparison charts, contract review summaries, and client-facing technical deliverables.
Requirements
Strong general liability coverage expertise (required)
7–12+ years of experience in insurance contract review, coverage analysis, risk management, insurance brokerage, consulting, or law.
Extensive experience reviewing indemnity and insurance provisions in commercial contracts.
Experience working directly with corporate risk management clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
