Role Overview
- Gain a deep understanding of O Boticário and Truss's current Amazon ecosystem, build trust with stakeholders, and map the main KPIs (Sales, Revenue, ROI).
- Lead coordination of the PMO workflow across Marketing, Creative and Logistics, ensuring commercial planning is 100% aligned with stock availability (Supply).
- Take full ownership of the promotional calendar (Deals, Coupons) and lead Weekly Business Reviews, presenting results and action plans to senior leadership.
- Commercially manage the partner agency in the US, defining strategies and monitoring plan execution.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Manage the scope and performance of the partner agency in the US.
- Monitor and influence Paid Media strategy (Amazon Ads), ensuring TACoS efficiency and ROI.
- Perform sales planning (forecasting) and monitor the channel P&L.
- Act cross-functionally as PMO to ensure execution of marketing campaigns and operational readiness.
- Plan and track the promotional calendar aligned with sales and profitability guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial planning to identify opportunities and define strategies that maximize sales across multiple product lines.
- Strong command of the Amazon ecosystem: hands-on experience managing Amazon operations (Seller or Vendor Central).
- Fluent English: ability to negotiate, present results and lead strategic meetings daily with US partners.
- Sharp analytical thinking: comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel/Google Sheets) to turn numbers into commercial decisions.
