Actively participate in project planning meetings, providing technical support and guidance for security solutions applicable to the factory floor (OT);
Develop and maintain a vulnerability management process in collaboration with business areas, reducing exposure and the number of identified vulnerabilities.
Manage the full lifecycle of risks raised via SBD, from analysis to mitigation, and help define action plans to remediate issues and audit gaps together with Operations and Tech teams;
Provide technical leadership to the team in OT (Operational Technology) security;
Produce clear technical documentation on risks identified in projects and the required mitigation measures;

Expertise in Industrial Systems: Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience with industrial systems and technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, IEDs and control networks), understanding their security particularities, criticality and availability requirements.
Network Security and Architecture: Solid knowledge of industrial network architecture, including principles of segregation (segmentation), zoning, and implementation of robust access controls for critical assets in OT environments.
Reference Standards: Strong familiarity and/or experience applying the ISA/IEC 62443 series (or equivalents) as a framework for the design, implementation and assessment of control systems and industrial network security.
Implementation of OT Security Platforms: Proven experience implementing and operationalizing OT‑specific security platforms and solutions, such as OT Vulnerability Management Systems, industrial firewalls (and Next‑Generation Firewalls) and/or Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
