Role Overview
- Manage the deliveries from the team to the many stakeholders who depend on the team
- Lead and coordinate the planning of deliveries from the team
- Ensure alignment across the organization on the requirements towards the DevOps tool chain
- Communicate & report progress to various stakeholders
- Coordinate resources and prioritizations in alignment with project management and stakeholders across the organization
- Improve the efficiency of the area through active license management and technical improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Education in Business, IT or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with software development and/or people management in a larger organization with relevant context
- Relevant management experience from the software development area
- Experience with data-driven performance management (setting KPIs, delivering measurable impact) is valued
- Experience in several of the following domains: Working in large organizations and implementing changes
- Interacting effectively with executives and functional peer groups to gain commitment
- Fundamental understanding of Software Development, Cyber Security, Verification and Release processes
- DevOps Practices and Principles
- Fluent English (writing and oral)
