Take end-to-end responsibility for the growth of UDI Hub and UDI Connect — our SMB-focused SaaS products.
Drive and optimize the entire PLG funnel — from awareness through trial and activation to conversion.
Design, prioritize, and lead growth experiments — whether in onboarding flows, pricing, feature launches, or A/B tests.
Define, measure, and track key PLG metrics such as trial-to-paid conversion, activation rate, retention, expansion revenue, and churn.
Ensure PLG initiatives align with company goals and work closely with Product and Marketing to implement roadmaps and campaigns.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Content Engineering, and Sales to create seamless customer journeys and embed a culture of data-driven experimentation across the organization.
Manage external partners and agencies for PLG-specific tasks such as SEO, search advertising (SEA), content, and analytics.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Growth, Product Management, or PLG Marketing — ideally in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of building and scaling PLG funnels that delivered measurable results in conversion, retention, and revenue.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with PLG metrics — from trial-to-paid conversion and expansion revenue to churn.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners/agencies.
Comfortable in roles with high ownership and an entrepreneurial, experiment-driven mindset.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and confidently — in both German and English, including presentations.
