Manage the profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings with focus on Data Centers build projects and related infrastructure.
Support the goals for sales, profitability, overhead, expense control and working capital.
Develop and execute segment, region, and customer sales strategies.
Lead and direct activities for geographically focused project development managers
Ensure cooperation between the strategic sales managers, key account managers, technical service representatives, technology centers, marketing, product management, customer service, manufacturing, and other PPG in matrixed environments.
Collaborate across matrixed organization.
Requirements
A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
10+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing and segment management.
MBA or advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
