You will take responsibility for building an automated, future-proof finance function in close collaboration with our team
You will independently handle all transactions arising in financial accounting (invoice verification, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger and bank accounting), implement new requirements and thereby ensure an accurate cost and performance accounting at all times
You will contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as external audits
You will analyze and optimize existing financial processes to achieve efficiency improvements
You will support intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing, as well as the monthly consolidation of all entities
You will represent the finance team to external partners (e.g., suppliers and advisors) and work closely with internal departments
Requirements
You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter/certified balance sheet accountant, tax clerk or tax specialist), ideally in a SaaS environment
You already have solid knowledge of financial accounting under HGB, optionally IFRS
You have very strong DATEV and Excel skills as well as experience with spend-management systems
You have good analytical thinking, a quick grasp of new topics and a hands-on mentality
You work independently and in a structured manner
You are fluent in German and English
