Responsible for ensuring service to importing clients, whether intercompany or third parties
Providing full support for the shipment of goods from documentation through shipment completion
Ensuring the entire process is carried out correctly in accordance with procedures and requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities
Analysis and creation of OBDs
Liaison with the warehouse, logistics, Customer Service (CS), Account Managers (AM) and importers
Ensure daily billing/invoicing and the dispatch/shipment of products
Issuance of export documents (Invoice, PL (Packing List), NF, CO, CLV, etc.)
Contact with service providers (customs brokers, carriers/transport companies, etc.)
Monitor daily loading volumes relative to warehouse limits in the local market

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business or related field
Experience in foreign trade (Comex)
Knowledge of ANVISA, MAPA, IBAMA, MCTI, Federal Police (PF) and customs legislation
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
English proficiency desired
Spanish proficiency desired
Experience with international logistics across all modes of transport (air, sea, road, rail)
