Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects on AIMMS (optimizer) and SAP (SD/MM/MRP) platforms with a strong focus on S&OP and Planning Optimization, from ideation through go-live and post-implementation support (including technical sourcing, project scoping, and status reporting), acting as the responsible tech lead.
Design and configure models on AIMMS (optimizer) and SAP (SD/MM/MRP) platforms, including hierarchies, capacity dimensions, measures, business rules, scenario simulation and workflows.
Manage technology deliveries, balancing time, quality and cost.
Analyze scope opportunities that drive both technology and business value on AIMMS (optimizer) and SAP ECC (SD/MM/MRP) platforms.
Proactively contribute ideas and stimulate discussions involving the integrated planning cycle (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, S&OE and Replenishment).
Promote technical governance of the environments, keeping them aligned with best-practice updates and established security, architecture and infrastructure standards (sizing and capacity) in accordance with Alpargatas’ technology policies.
Manage technology partners and/or technical squads specialized in AIMMS (optimizer) and SAP (SD/MM/MRP) platforms.
Manage and evaluate technical and commercial proposals from IT partners involving AIMMS (optimizer) and SAP ECC (SD/MM/MRP) platforms.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistical Modeling or related fields.
Experience managing medium to large projects (Product Owner or Product Manager).
Knowledge of SQL and Python, or concepts in data modeling and statistical modeling.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA ERP focused on Supply Chain (modules SD
Sales and Distribution, MM and MRP).
General knowledge of integrated planning processes in the supply chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, S&OE and Replenishment).
Experience in the Fashion and/or Retail verticals is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile methodologies.
