Fully produce work from concept to completion, including shooting, editing and producing content edits optimized for different social media platforms
Strong concepting capabilities for content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by social metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, etc)
Look for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social pages, and adapt content based on these learnings
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate effectively with your teammates and cross-functional departments on real time, quick turn requests and tight timelines
Mentor fellow creative team members, in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your creation process and social media best practices
Partner on key projects under the leadership of your Director of Content to help guide and educate on best practices, ideating, and execution
Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
Incorporate feedback from your teammates and clients with precision and a positive attitude.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional creative experience within an Advertising Agency or Media company
A strong portfolio of work showcasing social campaigns and platform first content work
Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including design, video, editing and writing
Proficient working within the following tools: Videography/Photography: DSLR / iPhone
Editing: Premiere / After Effects
Writing: Google Docs / Word
Art/Design: Adobe Suite / Google Slides / Canva
Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results
Ability to familiarize yourself quickly with the client’s brand standards
Comfort with juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Must be self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized and deadline-driven
