Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced analytical and scientific instruments
Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues down to the component level
Provide technical support in laboratory and industrial environments
Train and support customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
Document service activities and prepare detailed service reports
Respond to customer needs, often with short notice
Travel within assigned territory (50–75%) to support customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field with 2+ years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex instruments
High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory/scientific instruments
Experience with HVAC/R, ultra-high vacuum systems, and high-voltage equipment preferred
Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 50–75%
