Requirements
Master's degree holders with 2 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience or bachelor's degree holders with 5 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows
Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages will be a plus point
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software
Ability to travel 25-50% of time to customer sites and events
Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Self-directed with ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
