You hold subject-matter responsibility for the institution-wide governance and policy regime and are responsible for further developing and ensuring mandatory implementation of a unified policy framework
You are the central point of contact for the Executive Board and all business units on governance
and policy-related matters
You critically assess new and revised policies for coherence, consistency and systematic integration into the existing rule set
You manage the entire end-to-end lifecycle for policies — from drafting through review and approval processes to publication and archiving
You continuously advance our policy approach, identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities, and initiate or lead related optimization projects
Requirements
University degree in law or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in a staff or governance role with close interaction with executive management
Solid knowledge of operational processes as well as the development of an institution-wide governance/policy framework
A sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented approach
Independent working style and confident prioritization even in complex situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — particularly in audience-appropriate interactions with C-level and various stakeholder groups
