Role Overview
- Issue boletos (bank payment slips), due-date notices and other billing-related documents;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer-related issues;
- Monitor and follow up on insurance policy payments with clients;
- Identify and report potential risks of non-payment (delinquency) or contract inconsistencies;
- Contribute to continuous improvements in collection processes and client communications.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, proactive and results-oriented;
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally;
- Previous experience in collections, finance or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector;
- Basic understanding of insurance contracts and products.
