Global Talent Scouting: Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using tools from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows
Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
