About this role
Role Overview
Manages the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry level and early in career positions through onboarding.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Establishes and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, 3rd party vendors, as well as local colleges and organizations.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Plays an integral role in training and onboarding of new TA Teammates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
1 to up to 3 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and phone screening candidates
Ability to travel for campus recruiting events during the fall
Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence
High sense of urgency and attention to detail
