Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment and provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership
Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and strengthen how we operate as we grow past 100+ employees
Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
