Role Overview
Strategic Consulting & CSDM Architecture: You advise clients at eye level on designing modern CMDB structures
ITOM Visibility (Discovery & CMDB Strategy): You establish the foundation by ensuring comprehensive visibility of hybrid infrastructures
ITOM Health (Event Management & AIOps): You make data actionable by implementing Event Management
Service-Centric Transformation: You guide clients away from siloed thinking toward Service Mapping
Innovation & GenAI Lead: As an early adopter, you evaluate new features such as Now Assist for ITOM
Project Leadership: You facilitate workshops for large enterprises and mid-sized companies and develop roadmaps for transforming reactive operations into proactive, AI-driven management
Requirements
Several years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with a strong focus on ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) and CMDB
Certifications: You are certified as CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-Event Management
A certification in Service Mapping is a strong plus
AI affinity: You have initial experience with AIOps, machine learning models within ServiceNow, and the capabilities of generative AI (Now Assist)
Solid knowledge of the CSDM framework and business service architecture
Excellent command of patterns, IRE, and Service Mapping
Confident handling of event & correlation rules as well as modern Service Graph Connectors for integrating third-party systems
You are proficient in stakeholder management in complex corporate structures as well as pragmatic implementation in mid-sized companies
