Solid professional experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Service, or E‑Commerce
Strong awareness of topics such as IoT, omnichannel, digital customer experiences, and innovative business models in both B2B and B2C contexts
Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong self-organization
Business acumen with the ability to assess new trends and technologies and think entrepreneurially
Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
