Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for roles: including job postings, sourcing, screening, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
Deliver a high-level candidate experience, from application stage to offer, and demonstrate capability to not only assess cultural add but also represent the culture of the organization.
Become a specialist in the data center industry to be able to speak in-depth about open roles to candidates and understand hiring manager needs.
Learn all aspects of the business to support hiring needs across all functions and levels of the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, talent market conditions, compensation positioning, interview strategy, and candidate assessment to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to build strong, diverse talent pipelines — including passive and hard-to-find candidates.
Monitor and analyze external talent market trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks to proactively adjust sourcing and hiring strategies.
Provide data-informed compensation recommendations aligned to market benchmarks to influence offer negotiations.
Support talent acquisition projects as assigned. This may include, but not be limited to outlining university relations strategies, attending recruiting related events, building veteran hiring programs, creating a diversity recruiting plan and managing CoreSite’s social recruiting efforts.
Conduct in-person interviews for local roles and help manage onsite interview schedules.
Build knowledge and understanding of CoreSite’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and learn how to configure the system to support branding and compliance.
Maintain recruiting partner and vendor relationships.
Partner with the Talent Management Analyst on background check, drug testing, system onboarding, and other admin steps in the recruitment/onboarding process.
Coordinate with Human Resource Business Partners from various locations regarding recruitment support and strategy.
Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and Guiding Principles.
Requirements
The ability to handle junior to VP level positions.
Professional demeanor, innovative problem-solving skills, project management skills, sound judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
A team player that takes initiative, possesses excellent verbal and written communication and able to interact professionally and effectively with all levels.
Must be service driven and able to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in accordance with ever-changing deadlines and priorities.
Strong computer and technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS, ATS) experience required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
2 – 5 years’ related experience.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience recruiting for a variety of types of roles required (e.g. technical, corporate and sales).
Experience with coaching and/or training managers in recruiting and interviewing skills is a strong plus.
