Support in end-to-end recruiting: drafting job postings, active sourcing, coordinating interviews and managing the entire application process
Active sourcing and identification of suitable candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels
Close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and pre-select suitable candidates
Ensure a professional and respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain and build talent pipelines for future positions
Support recruiting projects and the use of modern tools and AI applications in recruiting
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements
Requirements
Initial practical experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (approx. 1–2 years), e.g. in an HR department, a startup or a recruitment agency
Degree in business, psychology, HR or a comparable qualification
Structured, independent and proactive working style
Strong communication skills, empathy and a good instinct for people
Interest in digital business models and modern recruiting tools
Openness to new technologies and the use of AI in recruiting
Very good German and English skills
